One-a-Day: Day 17

My friend Otis and his almost 2 year-old son Aiden, enjoying a view of the ocean. I love how Aiden's little arm is propped up on his daddy's shoulder.

One-a-Day: Day 16

Cool fungi I spotted on the way to my car after work.

One-a-Day: Day 15

Summer drinks! Yum!

One-a-Day: Day 14

Some friends and I went to see "The Wizard of Oz" in Prescott Park in Portsmouth, NH this weekend. It was such a great show!

One-a-Day: Day 13

Nubble Lighthouse in Maine. It was so cloudy and gray the whole day, except for the five minutes we were at the lighthouse. Gorgeous!

One-a-Day: Day 10

Sorry I didn't get to post this yesterday! I took it last night, but my internet wasn't working to post it. So, here it is! A friend and I had fun with my magnetic fridge poetry.

One-a-Day: Day 9

Goodbye Grant House! You were good to us!
Our old Admissions office is being torn down and replaced by the new business school.
I wanted to try and get one last picture before demolition begins. You might see the after-math in the next few weeks as a photo-of-the-day.

One-a-Day: Day 3

Here is a picture of my co-worker enjoying his lunch on our office porch swing. My favorite part of the picture is the gum on the bottom of his shoe.

New Photo Project:

A few months ago, my mom and I completed a year long project that we called "The 52 Week Project". We pick a theme every week for a year and took pictures according to that theme. We then uploaded our photos to a blog site and could compare and contrast the photos that we took. It was a fun way to feel like we are closer (even though she lives in Michigan and I live in New Hampshire). Every week we would Skype and look at our photos together.

After completing that project, we knew we were ready for the next challenge. So, for the whole summer, we are challenging ourselves to take a photo a day. Enjoy the first One-A-Day photo!

Jack-a-lope

It's just over a month until I fly back home to Michigan to spend time with my family. And let me tell you, I am missing them something fierce this week! Especially my super-duper cute nephew, Jackson. He is growing up so fast! I thought I would post a two of my favorite photos of him from the last time I saw him. Is he not the cutest thing ever?!

Ahoy!

This Memorial Day weekend was a busy one! I moved to a new apartment, but did find some time to get out and enjoy the weather in Portsmouth. A friend and I went to see the Tall Ships on Memorial Day. Here are a few tidbits I captured.
