365: Day 173

While relaxing at the beach yesterday, the sky was definitely threatening stormy weather, but all the bad weather skirted right around us.

365: Day 172

I attended the beautiful wedding of Angela and Alpay this Saturday in Somersworth, NH. Gorgeous wedding for a gorgeous couple!

365: Day 171

Last day of freshman orientation on campus.

365: Day 170

After work the other day, my friend Josh and I relaxed at the beach, with Josh's crutches and all.

365: Day 169

Not the cutest picture I have ever taken, but here it is. Chels, Xio and I went for a run after work and then sat out on the stairs outside of my apartment while we enjoyed popsicles. It was a great summer evening.

365: Day 168

This looks like just a random picture of an old house, right? Well, look at the top left window. This house is across the street from a friend of mine and while dropping her off the other evening, we spotted the creepy doll in the upstairs window. A couple of days later, it was gone.

365: Day 167

Spotted this reflection in a soccer field parking lot after a brief summer downpour.

365: Day 166

I still wasn't feeling good on Sunday and went to bed early. I woke straight up out of bed around 11:45 pm and realized I hadn't taken a photo-of-the-day yet. So, I crawled out of bed and stumbled around my apartment looking for something to photograph. This is a copper leaf I recieved as a Christmas present this past year. It's a real leaf that was dipped in liquid copper. In my sleepy state, I did not realize that the leaf is backwards. The middle is the Upper Peninsula of Michigan (but it's backwards in the picture). I love this leaf! It's a piece from home.

365: Day 165

I woke up on this gorgeous Saturday with awful allergies. I spent the morning laying in bed, until my friend Meagan called and said, "come and be sick by the pool. It'll make you feel better." And she was right! It sure felt good!

365: Day 164

It was a fro-yo kind of Friday. Went down to the local frozen yogurt shop with co-workers during our lunch break to enjoy a fun treat!

365: Day 163

I was promoted to the Senior Assistant Director of Admissions at UNH! I accepted the offer and signed my letter this afternoon. I will now be in charge of all of our on-campus programming. I know it will be a huge undertaking, but I am so ready for it!

365: Day 162

I  brought my new car into the dealership yesterday to have them look it over and make sure everything was okay with it (and it was). Without having a car, I decided to take a vacation day and enjoyed a leisurely walk back from the dealership.
Here is a picture of the river and mill buildings near my apartment.

365: Day 161

Flower right outside the office.

365: Day 160

Had a great dinner at The Farm in Dover with these awesome sisters to
celebrate Cammie's 21st birthday. Happy birthday Cam!

365: Day 159

My good friends Sherry and Fernando crossing the finish line at the Market Square Day 10K.

365: Day 158

I got to babysit some of my favorite kiddos the other day!
Little Miss M. and I had a fun little photo shoot.

365: Day 157

My blog hit 10,000 views! Thank you all so much for looking at my photos! I had to take a picture of my blog when I saw the hits.

365: Day 156

I honestly have no idea what this is! I was sitting on a concrete bench eating my lunch when I noticed this colorful mess next to me. Just thought it might make a fun picture!

365: Day 155

Enjoying a yummy dinner after my first day of "Couch-to-5K" training. Cucumber, tomato, avocado salad with chive cottage cheese and ground pepper.

365: Day 154

Monday night I hosted a girls night. We had a great time catching up, drinking margaritas, and watching The Bachelorette.

365: Day 153

It was a great time at my friend April's baby shower on Sunday. Her husband Danny is obsessed with Bruce Springsteen.

365: Day 152

Saturday was the first real beach day of the summer. It was 97 degrees! I feel so incredibly blessed to live on the seacoast where I can hope in my car and be to the ocean in 20 minutes!

365: Day 151

While walking back after my final session at the conference, I stopped to photograph this little goose family that I had been spotting all over campus. The were going for a little swim when I spotted them and then noticed the heron following along the side of the river bank.

365: Day 150

Each year at the NEACAC Conference, the hosting college hosts a reception that showcases something about their school. On Thursday night, the conference attendees went to a dessert reception held at a gorgeous mansion on the waterfront.
It was a great evening with some great friends!

365: Day 149

I attended the Annual NEACAC Conference this past week at Endicott College.
For the evening entertainment we played BINGO (very popular at the conference) and "The Lost Articles" played afterward.

365: Day 148

Gorgeous flowers on campus

365: Day 147

Just your average Memorial Day cookout. :p
I spent the evening hanging out with friends enjoying a BBQ at one of the residence halls on campus. We found these pogo sticks and decided to give it a whirl!

365: Day 146

I love to go down to Jenness Beach and watch the surfers on windy days.
