We went on an amazing whale watch yesterday through Cape Ann Whale Watch (www.seethewhales.com). Although I didn't get any really great pictures of the whales, we did see lots of them and even saw a humpback jump out of the water! In this photo, there are actually two humpbacks swimming together. Humpbacks are actually solitary animals, but sometimes they will form an association with another whale and travel side-by-side for up to three days. The back end is one of the whales and the blow is from the other. I would highly recommend this trip!
